Shipping and Returns

Delivery Expectations:
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days after placement. For domestic deliveries, you can expect your package to arrive within 2 to 7 days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking:
You’ll receive a text message when your order is on its way. This notification will include the courier service details and your tracking number for easy monitoring.

General Policy:
We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, used, or washed, as these cannot be reused or resold. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to provide supporting images and videos to help us resolve the issue quickly. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Returning a Product:
For orders made through www.dearlittle.in, returns are free of charge for domestic purchases. To initiate a return, please ensure the items are unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and still have their original tags attached. Simply email us at shopdearlittle@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase, and we’ll arrange for the items to be collected from you. Please return the garments in their original packaging and hand them over to the pickup courier.

Please note that returns or refunds cannot be processed in the following cases:

  • Sale items
  • Products purchased at exhibitions or pop-up events
  • Altered or used items
  • Incorrectly ordered items
  • Used or soiled items

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed according to the following steps:

  1. The refund request will be validated by our customer care team.
  2. Refunds will be initiated only after confirming that the returned items are in their original condition.
  3. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of pickup.
