Shipping and Returns

At Dear Little, we take great care in making and packing your baby’s clothes with love and hygiene in mind.

Delivery Expectations:

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days after placement. For domestic deliveries, you can expect your package to arrive within 2 to 7 days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking:

You’ll receive a text message when your order is on its way. This notification will include the courier service details and your tracking number for easy monitoring.

Returns & Exchanges:

We’re a baby clothing brand and do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. We hope you understand that once an item leaves our hands, we cannot take it back, even if it is unused. This is to ensure every baby gets a fresh, safe, and untouched product.

Please double-check the size chart before placing your order. If you’re unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Only Exceptions – Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Please:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at shopdearlittle@gmail.com
  • Share clear photos and videos of the issue
  • Once verified, we will arrange a return pickup and send a replacement or refund

Please Note

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Sale items
  • Items purchased from exhibitions or pop-ups
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Orders placed in the wrong size or style by mistake

Refund Timeline

If your return is approved (only in case of damaged items):

We’ll process your refund within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
